MarginPLUS was founded by Stephen Sandler in 2015 in response to what he saw as unprecedented challenges facing organisations in Australia. Whether they are impacted by the economies of countries who import our goods and services, or directly by the resource sector slowdown in Australia, or by consumer confidence – which is patchy at best – many organisations are compelled to “do more, for less”.
We are a nimble, and bespoke management consultancy that is committed to becoming intimately involved with a select group of customers to grow and optimise their businesses. From strategy, through sales to operations – or any part thereof – we will take the time to understand where our customers are, and where they need to be. Then through our business partners we will utilise our unique, leading-edge processes, and systems to craft the right solution for their organisation, their challenges, and their goals.

Stephen has over 40 years of experience in the private sector working with some of the world’s most successful and admired companies. In his numerous leadership roles he has been fortunate to dramatically develop and grow the people and organisations with whom he has worked. He has been recognised for his talents in leading and engaging executive management teams, and organisations more broadly, in the critical areas of: strategy development; customer relationship development; and excellence in sales and operations.
